SIELUNE AI Platform

Build once. Deploy intelligent characters and assistants everywhere.

SIELUNE is an existing licensed software platform. Customer delivery configures deployment, data sources, identity, integrations and service levels without rebuilding the core product.

SIELUNE is Virtual Dawn's production platform for creating, managing and deploying conversational AI characters across web services, learning environments, enterprise systems, games and XR. Connect approved knowledge sources, configure roles and behaviour, and deploy via hosted web experiences, LMS embedding, REST APIs, WebSockets or Unity.

Speed and deployment

Live in one line — no app, no install, no SDK

Most platforms make you build an app, ship a mobile binary, or wire up an SDK before a single learner can talk to anything. SIELUNE assistants run as a hosted, voice-enabled web runtime: paste one line into Moodle, Canvas, SharePoint, WordPress, Notion or any web page and a learner can start a spoken conversation without app installs.

<iframe src="https://{your-sielune-host}/embed/chat/{npcId}?project={projectId}&theme=dark&autoStart=true" width="420" height="640" style="border:0;border-radius:16px" allow="microphone"></iframe>
Public or temporary-session embed
Learners can start without creating a separate SIELUNE account when temporary sessions are enabled.
Real-time voice built in
Connects over WebSocket with streaming speech. Voice is part of the runtime, not a paid bolt-on.
Authenticated institutional embed
Institutional identity, role or course context can be passed through integration and token configuration.
Same engine, every channel
The identical AI powers iframe, REST API, WebSocket and the game SDK — author once, deploy anywhere.

Prefer code? The same assistant is reachable via one authenticated REST call or a WebSocket stream — full developer docs are available. The iframe is simply a quick path to a live conversation.

Embodied interface

Aurora as a talking video avatar

The same SIELUNA-made soul does not have to live only in a small website widget. Aurora shows that the same memory, behavior and emotional continuity can inhabit a talking video-avatar surface. This is the live system, not a prerecorded fake demo.

Two ways to buy SIELUNE

Self-service platform
From €99/month for teams creating and deploying their own training characters and scenarios.
Institutional deployment
From €2,000 for a defined pilot. Larger implementations include organisational licensing, security onboarding, data connection, identity configuration and integrations.

SIELUNE is sold as a licensed software service: a fixed implementation fee, an annual organisation licence, an agreed AI usage allowance and additional-capacity pricing, maintenance and updates, standard support, plus optional integration packages and private / customer-managed deployment. Customers are not required to purchase the core platform through hourly software-development contracts.

SIELUNE Pilot
from €2,000
Time-boxed evaluation. 1–2 assistants, one data source, managed SaaS.
SIELUNE Standard
€8,000–€25,000 impl. + annual licence
Full platform, role-based assistants, system integration, standard support.
SIELUNE Enterprise
quotation by capacity
Multi-department / multi-team, expanded integrations & SLA.
SIELUNE Private SaaS
quotation by capacity
Dedicated isolated environment with agreed security and region controls.
SIELUNE Customer-Managed Cloud
quotation by capacity
Runs in your own Azure / approved cloud. You control data location.

Indicative structure shown to remove the "no published pricing" barrier. Final figures depend on scale, integrations and deployment model.

Value and pricing transparency

Pricing principles

SIELUNE pricing is designed to be predictable and tied to delivered capability: platform licence, implementation scope, agreed usage allowance, and transparent additional-capacity rates.

Capability-based pricing
Platform runtime, knowledge orchestration, analytics, role controls and deployment channels are bundled as one licensed service.
EU-hosted governance support
Designed to support GDPR-compliant processing and customers’ EU AI Act governance obligations, with documentation available for reviews.
Predictable usage pricing
Included usage allowances are agreed up front. Additional usage is billed transparently at the agreed rate.
Maintained platform lifecycle
Licensing includes maintenance, updates, security improvements and support — not a static one-time delivery.

Practical comparison: evaluate SIELUNE against the cost and risk of building and maintaining equivalent capability in-house.

Transparent cost model

Power user economics

SIELUNE uses a token-optimized architecture (40–60% token reduction vs. base models) deployed on Azure GPT-4o-mini. This cost-efficient design combined with our per-interaction pricing model means pricing is tied directly to delivery cost, not markup guesswork. Here's how real-world usage scales:

Starter user (light pilot)
Uses 650 interactions/month
(500 included + 150 overage)
€130 + (150 × €0.15) = €152.50/month
Avg €0.235 per interaction avg
Growth user (scaling program)
Uses 3,500 interactions/month
(2,500 included + 1,000 overage)
€249 + (1,000 × €0.12) = €369.00/month
Avg €0.105 per interaction avg
Business user (institution)
Uses 12,000 interactions/month
(10,000 included + 2,000 overage)
€599 + (2,000 × €0.10) = €799.00/month
Avg €0.067 per interaction avg
Enterprise via pack (true high-volume)
Uses 50,000 interactions/month
(Business plan + 50k pack)
€599 + €3,999 = €4,598/month
Avg €0.092 per interaction avg
How we price this — architecture & economics
Token optimization: Our entity system reduces token consumption 40–60% vs. standard LLMs through optimized context management
Provider choice: Azure GPT-4o-mini (safe/regulated) or uncensored models for coaching/simulation contexts
Pricing model: €0.15/interaction overage keeps predictable unit economics across all provider options
EU-hosted + flexible: Entity memory and behaviour independent of any single model — can migrate or optimize without customer rebuild

Typical usage: Educational and training deployments average 2–5 sessions per learner per month. A session typically consumes 20–40 interactions. A deployment with 100 learners running 3 sessions/month = 6,000–12,000 interactions, fitting comfortably into Growth or Business tiers.

Grow beyond subscription

Revenue expansion pathways

Organisations can expand SIELUNE usage across additional channels, new entities, and through partner resale models. These pathways let you scale revenue per customer and enable partners to build businesses on top of the platform.

Additional interfaces
Deploy the same entity across voice, XR, advanced analytics, or video presentation layers. Each interface unlocked = new revenue stream per existing org.
💡 Starter org adds voice interface → +€20–€50/month additional revenue
Multi-entity licensing
Organisations can license additional NPCs/entities to address different departments or use cases. Slots and interaction pools expand per addition.
💡 Department A has sales coach; Department B adds customer service chatbot → +1 entity license
Reseller / partner channel
Education, integration and consultancy partners can purchase SIELUNE packs at partner rates and resell to their customers with markup. Partners handle the delivery; you handle the delivery infrastructure.
💡 Learning integrator buys 10k pack at €899 → resells at €1,499 to their corporate clients, keeps the spread
Custom scenario packs
Premium scenario content, industry-specific templates, or custom domain training. One-time purchase + licensing per deploy.
💡 Manufacturing company licenses 5 custom safety-compliance scenarios → €5K one-time
Pack resale economics for partners
2k pack: Cost €199 → Resell at €299–€399 (50–100% markup depending on service tier)
10k pack: Cost €899 → Resell at €1,299–€1,799 (44–100% markup; volume discounts typical)
50k pack: Cost €3,999 → Resell at €5,999–€7,999 (50–100% markup on large deployments)
Partner benefit: No delivery cost + predictable margins. Virtual Dawn handles model, compliance, scaling — partner handles customer relationship
